A Love of Chocolate & Pastries
Founded out of a passion for Chocolate & Pastries and wanting to share my sweet treats. Influenced by my travels throughout France and my never ending search for the best chocolates to slowly savour or share with friends. Heavily influenced by my Dad's love of treats and my Grandmother's baking as well as the talented chocolatiers and pastry chefs that I have met along the way.

All products are made by hand in my Salt Spring kitchen using the very best ingredients from local markets and European chocolate masters. Please note that the chocolate may have come in contact with nuts.
